What are solar panels
on facades for?
Powering the building
Providing an autonomous and additional source of electricity for homes, offices, and commercial buildings. The generated current can be used to power electrical equipment.
Saving energy costs
Reducing electricity expenses by utilizing solar energy.
Energy generation
Thanks to the properties of HJT cells, modules guarantee high efficiency — up to 25% — with a low degradation rate. Excess energy is stored in batteries for use during night and cloudy days.
Environmental friendliness
Reducing the carbon footprint and supporting environmentally clean photovoltaic technologies.
Aesthetics
Integrating solar facades into architecture creates a modern and attractive appearance for your building. We implement any color solutions, customizing to your requirements.
Additional heat and sound insulation
Reducing heat loss in winter, protecting from overheating in summer, and decreasing external noise, creating a comfortable microclimate inside the building.
BIPV Technology
Besides generating electricity, BIPV modules provide aesthetic appeal, giving the building architectural expressiveness.

Top 5 Advantages of Solar Modules
Resistance to temperature fluctuations
Solar facades withstand extreme temperature conditions, allowing stable operation in various climate zones.
Wide range of color options
Over 150 color variations enable the realization of any creative ideas by architects and designers, tailored to specific needs and aesthetic preferences.
Durability
Up to 50 years warranty from the manufacturer. Ensures long-term protection and reliability of your investments.
Use in the construction of unique buildings
Up to 150 meters in installation height. Allows facade solar panels to be used for cladding even high-rise complexes and structures, as well as on rooftops.
Reliability and safety
Confirmed by quality certificates of photovoltaic systems and compliance with safety standards.

Benefits from using
Reducing energy costs
Installing a facade solar power plant reduces energy costs, increasing the autonomy of facilities
Fast payback period
With the rising electricity tariffs, installing BIPV facades is becoming an increasingly profitable solution, as their payback period is short.
Increased electricity generation
Solar panels are efficient in generating a large amount of electricity
The drive for decarbonization
Renewable sources reduce the carbon footprint, and excess energy is sent to the grid for use by other consumers
Application industries
Unigreen specializes in the creation of large-scale solar energy systems, focused on meeting the needs of medium and large businesses in Russia and abroad. The company's head office is located in Moscow.
Project with BIPV Facades
The project essentially represents a "green" power plant that independently generates about 167,000 kWh annually. This is enough to illuminate public spaces, operate elevators and intercoms, helping owners save up to 30% (600,000 rubles) on electricity annually.
Besides energy savings, each megawatt-hour of energy produced by the house reduces CO2 emissions by 350 kg. The solar facade of the "Smart House Helios" will annually reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 50 tons.
The project uses 465 BIPV type B modules (front transparent glass, back black) with a capacity of 390 W each. The total installed capacity of the photovoltaic facade station is 181.35 kW.
